LarCare provides personalized assistance to our clients so they may “age in place”. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, more than 7.6 million Americans receive in-home personal care. The number is much greater when you consider that it does not include informal care which is care given by a friend or family member. Sometimes simple daily tasks are difficult or impossible to complete as we age and caregivers need support of a well trained staff to assist with these activities of daily living. Well Care certified nurse assistants (CNA) provide personal assistance for activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation but may also extend to assistance with transportation, paying bills, making appointments, and simply being there to provide companionship and emotional support. Geriatric Care Managers will also assist in coordinating such needs as medical equipment, home therapy, private duty nursing, and community referral assistance.

How does the Doorstep Valet Trash System Work? Well it is Simple!
Our proven system starts by delivering a sleek, new 13-Gallon Container to each Unit in the Community. Residents are then allowed to place their Bagged-Trash Inside the Container, and place the Container outside their doorstep for trash retrieval on the industry standard schedule of 6p.m.-8p.m., Sun.-Thurs. Doorstep Details-Valet Trash Porters, remove the bagged-trash from each unit with our “leak-proof” satchels, starting pickup at 8p.m. Larcare Valet Trash Porters, then dispose of the trash in the community’s onsite dumpsters/compactor. We also clean the area around the dumpsters/compactor, and conclude service by sending Property Management a Daily “Doorstep Details Report” or “DD Report” for short.
